Over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Zoran has pioneered innovative solutions, including Serbia’s first wireless paging network and Wi-Fi network. He has managed international and domestic projects for over 20 years, and he is the owner of two successful companies – one based in Serbia and the second one in Canada. As a Co-Founder of TokenEstate, Zoran plays a crucial role in the strategic development and planning of the company. His responsibilities include ensuring the development, compliance, security, and efficiency of tokenization projects, as well as facilitating connections and promotion by leveraging his extensive network of social contacts.
Filip Leskaroski
Co-founder
Filip brings 15 years of professional experience, having worked across various industries and gaining valuable insights into the key factors driving a company’s success. Since 2015, he has been deeply involved in the investment industry, starting as a macro analyst and later transitioning to the real estate sector. This journey led to the founding of his real estate consultancy in 2017. Filip has delivered over 60 lectures worldwide, engaging with more than 800 attendees. He actively invests in real estate, including innovative projects such as real estate NFTs and crowd real estate investing. Filip is in charge of Token Estate´s strategic initiatives, business growth strategies and financial planning, ensuring the company´s vision is aligned with its road map. He is also responsible for identification and mitigation of market risks.
Lazar Trbović

Lazar has over a decade of experience in finance, project management, IT, and product management. Since 2008, he has worked as a Finance Analyst, Trader, CFO, and Financial and Product Manager for various domestic and international companies. He co-founded three companies in the blockchain and financial – investment fields. Lazar excels in managing product roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and developing business growth strategies. His expertise spans FinTech, DeFi, Real Estate, and Capital Markets, and he actively invests in innovative projects.
At Token Estate, Lazar oversees financial and tech strategies, business growth, product management, and direct sales. He engages with top-tier property and asset investors, driving equity growth and strategic partnerships with his negotiation skills and expertise.
Hajdana Glomazić, PhD

Hajdana has over 25 years of experience in science and business. Her expertise in the psychological field enhances her skills in communication, negotiation, and recognizing key opportunities, which are crucial for successful project management, including in the IT sector. Hajdana oversees marketing strategy, people management and relations within the company, including the company’s internal as well as external communications. She is also in charge of our organizational culture development.
